Spizzichino

Spizzichino for two, with somebody wherever they are.

How to play

This table needs both seats before the first card is dealt, so the host has one link to send. The host also picks how long a match is: first to 21, 31, 41 or 51 points.

Your hand shows in full. Theirs shows as backs and a number, because you may know how many cards they hold but not which ones. The exceptions are the cards they drew from the stock, which are shown to you when they are drawn and stay face up in their row until they are played. The same goes the other way, and the cards of yours they have seen are marked.

On your turn the board says what you may do. A card you must not play, because you have the suit led, is dimmed and a line says why. The board also says what just happened: who took the trick, what each seat drew, and what was declared. Buongiochi are declared for you and everyone sees which ones.

After the twentieth trick the hand is counted and both seats press Next hand. Chat is always on at the table, and voice only if the host switched it on when they made it.
